The Site Control Center (Site Settings) allow you to modify permissions / access to a particular website. They live under the Site Control Center icon, in the address bar. When a site wants to request permissions from you, you can accept or deny the permissions here.

To adjust all settings across sites, go to arc://settings/content (you'll have to paste the into a new tab to access it) and adjust the permission of your choice (like Location, Camera, Microphone, and Notifications).
