How do I resolve “check your network, wifi, or VPN settings” when logging into Arc?

This is how to fix an error on Arc login page asking member to check their network, wifi, or VPN settings.

If you are not connected to the internet, Arc login will not work. Please double check that you have successfully connected to either wifi or ethernet.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, typically this means you're using a VPN or firewall that doesn't allow signing into Arc. Not to worry - if you turn off your VPN and/or firewall you should be able to log into Arc without issue.

However, if by chance you're in China, it's possible you're getting this error because our database does not service your region. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; we're hoping to fix this in the future.
