Click the Site Control Center icon in the URL bar and click the “Notifications” button to turn the permissions on or off.

If you’d prefer to look at your site permissions on a higher level, you can simply click Arc in your Mac menu bar > Settings > General > if applicable, select the Profile where you want to look at these settings > Notifications.
