Blank windows are a great way to open multiple tabs you don't need to save, or don't want to have across all your other windows.
You can open a Blank window via:
File > Blank Window in the Mac menu bar
Using CTRL CMD N on your keyboard
Start fresh with an empty window. A great alternative to Today Tabs syncing across windows.
