How to Find Your Arc Details When Reporting a Bug

Sharing your Arc details when reporting a bug to Membership support can go a long way to help narrow down the source of your issue.

However, sharing these details is not required to submit a bug. You're encouraged to only share information if you're comfortable doing so.

To find and share your Arc details:

macOS

1. Go to Help > Troubleshooting > Copy Arc info in the Mac Menu Bar
2. Copy this information into your bug report.

Windows

1. Go to Arc Menu > Help > Copy Build Info
2. Copy this information into your bug report.
